COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Your safety is my priority.

The measures taken to keep you safe during your visit are science based and EPA and CDC approved.

How I am doing this in my mobile office:

  1. Installed HEPA Air Filter technology Atem Series, proven and certified to filter at least 99% of all particles down to 0.003 microns – the smallest particles that exist, including viruses and bacteria.

  2. Fresh circulating air at all times, 100% changed out after each patient, no matter the outside temperature. Fresh air is circulated into the mobile office and out the Maxxair 10 Speed outtake fan. The temperature inside kept comfortable and steady.

  3. Humidity kept at 40-60%. A new study shows that the coronavirus decays faster at 40-60% percent relative humidity.

  4. CO2 - Carbon Dioxide monitoring. CO2 is our exhaled particle. Monitoring the indoor air, keeping it to less than 600ppm (parts per million) means safer cleaner air.  Outdoors is around 400ppm.

  5. Extended time between patients to open doors and spray all surfaces after every patient.

  6. Pre-screen COVID agreement and masks worn the entire time. May 19, 2021 Connecticut Department of Health's rules: "All People (vaccinated or unvaccinated): Need to wear a mask when they are inside a healthcare facility (including doctors’ offices, hospitals, emergency care settings, settings that provide physical/occupational therapy, and other patient care settings)." Your cloth mask is really good-looking, but if it does not have a filter inside, I will give you a 3-ply surgical mask. It’s yours to take home with you.

  7. Touch-less environment. No doors or elevator buttons.

  8. Finally, a safe place for you to relax, breath easy, feel safe and taken care of, always. We all need that now, and I am here, with you, in this together, to take care of one another.
